If your order is taking advantage of our dropship program, your order will not be complete until the Multi-Ship form is executed and submitted (please submit by sending the filled out form to your sales representative).  This form is required for all drop ship orders over 20 pieces. Drop Ship orders over 20 pieces without a completed form will be charged an additional $250.00 for mailing list processing fees. A proof will be sent for your final approval.
