Customer Service Representative Full-Time – Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities Include:

Assisting customer with product and pricing information.

Quoting, entering and processing orders.

Following up with customer inquiries via email and phone.

Working closely with team members to ensure the highest quality of customer service.

Updating and maintaining current customer information in ERP computer system.
Qualifications

Prior experience in Product Customer Service desirable.

Exceptional sales, phone, and people skills

Excellent relationship-building skills

Ability to quickly grasp product knowledge

An attention to detail when entering orders within an ERP system.

Strong follow up, organizational, and time management skills
-
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
-
Willing to work extended hours during peak selling seasons
-
Proficiency in MS Office applications
